Cervical vertebral disease self- rehabilitation exercise

this operation does not require massage points, everyone can quickly learn and practice . Regular exercise can improve blood circulation in patients with neck , loosen adhesions and spasms of the soft tissue . No cervical disease may play a preventive role .

ready posture : feet shoulder width apart , arms hang down naturally , relax , two head , even breathing, standing, sitting available .

1. looked around :



head first to the left after turning right , amplitude should be large in order to consciously soreness for a good 30 times.

2. before and after the nod :



again after the previous head , neck bend forward as far as possible when the elongated protrusion 30 times.

3. rotary shoulder Shu neck :



set on both sides of the shoulder with both hands , palms down , arms forward first by rotation after 20-30 times, then rotate 20-30 times from front to back .

4. Yaotouhuangnao :

head to the left - front - right - after the spin 5 times, then reverse direction five times.

5. first hand proposition :



hands folded close to the neck , head and neck hard top ,journal, head and neck are back hard , against each other five times .

6. hands care days :
